Exchanges

* Exchange Requests: Must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item. The product must be sent back with the original tag and packaging, and it must be in new condition.

* Sizing Issues: If the original piece doesn't fit, you can send it back and request a different size. We will ship the new size within 1-2 weeks.

* Defects: If the product is defective, you can return it. Our team will evaluate your claim and, if valid, send a replacement. We reserve the right to deny the exchange if the claim is deemed false.

* Exchange Limit: Only one exchange is allowed per order (e.g., if the first exchanged size still doesn't fit, a second exchange will not be permitted).

Returns

* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours for store credit equal to the purchase amount. This store credit is valid for one year and can be used to:

* Purchase items equal to the value of your store credit.

* Purchase items of lesser value than your store credit (no reimbursement for the difference).
